Paul has been in banking for more than 30 years and resident in Asia since 2008. He has occupied senior leadership roles in relationship and investment banking, strategy, risk, operations and transformation. He is the current IBC Chair and a former member of the Executive Council of The Association of Banks in Cambodia.
