Dalton founded Speedwind in 2018, a distribution and managed services company with an extensive local network. He is President of the Indonesian Chamber (IndoCham) and Vice Chair of Kadin, Cambodia and Vietnam chapter. In 2022, he received an ASEAN Business Excellence Award for his achievements.
