Originally a US Army officer, Devin specializes in manufacturing and operations management. He came to Cambodia on a multi-year assignment for AHF Products, overseeing expansion of their facility near Sihanoukville. He is President of AmCham and completed his EMBAs at Columbia and London Business Schools.
