Sven is Advisor to the MoC with over 20 years’ experience in trade policy, e-commerce, FDI and regional integration, and director of advisory firm TradeWorthy. He supported Cambodia’s WTO accession (2003), led the formulation of Cambodia Trade Strategy (2019-2023) and the Handbook on Investing in Cambodia (2023).
