A graduate of the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) in Almaty, Zhiger started his finance career in 2007 in the International Relations & Trade Finance Department of Bank TuranAlem. In 2014, Zhiger moved to Cambodia to join ABA as Head of International Relations, and in 2022 was appointed COO.
